Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to industrial valves, actuators and related products supplied by JIANGSU SUZHOU ZHUCAI INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LTD. (“we”, “us”, “our”). It explains when a return is accepted, how to start a return, and how refunds are handled.

1. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without charge before production starts. Once production or material procurement has begun, a cancellation charge covering the work already performed may apply. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

2. When a return is accepted

Because our products are industrial goods, often manufactured or configured to order, returns are accepted in the following situations:

  • Wrong item shipped — the item delivered does not match the agreed specification, model or drawing.
  • Manufacturing defect — the product has a defect attributable to our production.
  • Damage in transit — goods arrived damaged and the damage was reported within 7 days of receipt, supported by photographs or video of the packaging and the product.

3. Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom or OEM products manufactured to buyer-supplied drawings, materials or specifications.
  • Products that have been installed, operated, modified or dismantled.
  • Products damaged by improper storage, installation, operation or maintenance.
  • Items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery.

4. How to start a return

  1. Contact us by email quoting your order or invoice number.
  2. Provide clear photographs or a short video showing the issue, together with the packaging and the product label.
  3. We review the case and, where a return is approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number together with return instructions.
  4. Do not ship goods back before receiving an RMA number — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are normally processed within 15 business days of approval.
  • Bank charges and currency conversion differences are outside our control and may be deducted.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return results from our error.

6. Replacement and repair

Where a defect is confirmed, we may at our option repair, replace or refund. Replacement parts or units are shipped under the same commercial terms as the original order.

7. Warranty

Our products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover consumable parts, normal wear, or damage caused by improper installation, operation or maintenance. Warranty claims follow the notification process described in section 4.
